Luz Borrero

BIOGRAPHY

Luz Borrero is a birding enthusiast, wildlife, landscape and nature photographer.  The wonders of the natural environment and the gifts of animals and specially birds inspire and support her actions.

Luz has worked as a strategic leader in local and quasi governmental organizations integrating performance management, coaching, mentoring and accountability to motivate and manage projects and personnel.  She has excelled at operations, financial and executive management and has demonstrated expertise  in negotiating with government agencies, regulatory bodies and private businesses.

Luz has chosen to dedicate a meaningful portion of her life to being in the outdoors, understanding the ecosystems that support all life around us and watching and recording them through writing and photography. 

Luz writes and reads poetry and cultivates artistic expression as a means to spiritually connect to herself and to the habitat that is part of who we are and envelops us.
